We want to be sure your new home in Silverleaf is as enjoyable as possible. Your Homeowner's Association is here to help maintain the beauty of your community and to preserve your investment.

Homeowner dues fund the community website, maintenance of the perimeter landscape, playground, detention area, entry lighting, monuments and wrought iron-style and stone perimeter walls.  Dues also pay the irrigation and electric bills for common areas and provide professional management through Vision Communities Management, Inc.  Stacy Collins, the managing agent can be reached at (972) 612-2303.
