We want to be sure your new home in Silverleaf is as enjoyable as possible. Your Homeowner's Association is here to help maintain the beauty of your community and to preserve your investment.

Dues are used for perimeter wrought iron-style and stone wall maintenance, irrigation and electric bills for common areas, community management personnel costs and related costs such as mailing and insurance, and mowing in the common areas and playground.
